House has a client who decided to swan in 5 hours late for an appointment having already missed one appointment. House couldn’t see said client but client is begging for another appointment. House is rather tempted to not make room for this client, at the cost of other clients.

House is suffering from over time claiming worries and thinks he is rather - when it comes to section 202 reviews. By the time House has got the file, perused it and done (on average) a 4 page letter (including refreshing himself on relevant caselaw with a view to putting in some funky quotes) he has often taken about 4 or 5 hours but [...]
